* From Washington, take 270N which becomes 15N.
* From Baltimore take 70E and follow signs for 15N.
* From Hagerstown, take 70W, exit route 40. Once you pass the 15 overpass, continue with directions below as if you had exited 15.
* From 15, take exit 13A.
* Proceed to the 7th traffic light and make a left onto Market Street (also 355N).
* Make a left at second light onto W. Patrick Street.
* Office is blue building with burgundy shutters immediately on the right.
* Parking on street is metered.
* Validated parking is available at the court street parking deck.
* To proceed to deck, at the first light make a left onto Court Street.
* Make first possible left into parking deck.
