Rental Application

    If you have seen a unit and are interested in applying, please feel free to download a rental application.  Please make sure that when you submit the application the following items are included:

    1.    $30.00 Application Fee per adult or married couple;

    2.    Signed application;

    2.    Valid Driver's license or valid State issued identification;

    3.    Last two pay checks, must gross 70% of a months rent week to qualify

    4.    Social Security Card and/or proof of citizenship or residency;

5. Security deposit in money order form is to be paid with-in 5 days after your application is approved

6. First months rent is to be paid at the time of move in (money order form)

     You can fill the form out online, print it out, and mail it with the Application fee to our office at 4604 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224

Even though you can fill the form out online you can not save a completed form.

    If you are accepted and are moving in you will need the following before your move in date:

    1.    Signed lease with all required addendums and forms;

    2.    Proof of Renter's insurance with Bayview Management named as an additional insured;

    3.    Security Deposit (at least one month's rent);
